Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If KRNY-FM cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.
Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified.
KRNY-FM reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
KRNY-FM reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's' office.
Employees of KRNY-FM, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to KRNY-FM the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
KRNY-FM reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
UPICKEM and KRNY-FM are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.

These Contest Rules apply to the Sing for your Tickets contest and are supplemental to the Station’s general contest rules. In case of conflict, these rules will govern this contest.
By participating, Listener’s agree to all rules that apply to that contest.
HOW TO ENTER:

The contest or promotion will take place during the dates and times specified as announced on-air and which may be changed.
Contest entry begins Midnight, July 2, 2014 and ends at 11:59p.m. on July 14, 2014. Voting for the contest begins at 12a.m. on July 15, 2014 and ends at 4 p.m. on July 18, 2014.
How to Play and EnteR ON KRNY
From midnight Wednesday July 2, 2014 through 11:59p.m. Tuesday July 14, 2014, Listeners enter by registering at www.krny.com by providing name, address, phone number and age on KRNY’s Sing for your Tickets page and uploading an original video of themselves singing a Little Big Town song. KRNY staff will select video finalists which will be eligible for the public to vote on.
Listeners can vote for their favorite videos from 12a.m. Tuesday July 15, 2014 through 4 p.m. July 18, 2014. Listeners must register to vote and can vote up to 60 times per day. Automated voting is not allowed. Winner will be the video with the most votes as determined by public voting. If there is a tie, the videos receiving the same vote totals will be entered in a random drawing with the winner receiving the Grand Prize.
The winner will be announced on the Melissa Free Show on Friday July 18, 2014 after 4 p.m.
The winner will receive a Grand Prize of 2 tickets to see Little Big Town at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds on July 24, 2014; as well as a meet-and-greet passes to see Little Big Town, Dan and Shay, and Josh Thompson. Prizes not transferable. KRNY may reject any video entry for any reason at its discretion.
Prize is valued at $48.95 per ticket. There is no commercial value for the meet-and-greet prize.
One entry per person. Station is not liable for the inability of listeners to enter due to technical issues, including telephone, cellular or internet malfunctions, outages or disruptions; lost, blocked, delayed or misdirected calls or messages; lost, damaged or misdirected mail or faxes. Station assumes no responsibility for problems incurred recording or uploading any videos.
All entries become property of Station and will not be acknowledged or returned. Station may store and use any of the entries for any lawful purpose including publicity, without further compensation to the entrant. Listeners affirm they own user-generated content, including videos, and grant Station a world-wide unlimited license to use the material in any manner.
ELIGIBILITY:
Contests are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified) residing within 75 miles of Station’s studio. Employees of Station, NRG Media, other radio stations in Station’s market; their affiliates, subsidiaries, successor companies; contest sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, contest prize suppliers, participating advertisers and immediate family members of anyone so situated are not eligible to participate in any contest on Station. “Immediate family members” shall include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws” and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related.
Contestants and Immediate Family Members of contestants who have won a prize on Station within the last 30 days are not eligible to participate or win. For contests that extend beyond 30 days, contestants and Immediate family members may win only one prize per contest level or per contest, depending on the specific promotion.
DISQUALIFICATION AND PENALTIES:
Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person for (i) violating any of these rules, (ii) tampering with the entry process or the operation of Station electronic site, (iii) gaining an unfair advantage in participating in the contest, (iv) obtaining winner status using false or fraudulent means or information, or (v) engaging in otherwise unsportsmanlike, illegal, disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior.
PRIZES, NOTIFICATION AND REDEEMING PRIZES
Winner will be chosen by public vote and notified by email. Winner will also be announced on-air. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received, the number of votes cast, and the manner of conducting the contest.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No substitution or cash equivalent will be made. Station reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Prize is deemed forfeited if not claimed by winner within 7 days of winning or within its period of usability. Forfeited prizes will be disposed of at the discretion of Station management. Prizes may only be claimed at Station’s studio during office hours Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. Prizes cannot be claimed by a third-party on behalf of the winner.
Winners must provide satisfactory proof of age, photo identification, and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded.
In addition, winner agrees to execute an affidavit of eligibility, indemnification and release of liability regarding winner’s participation in the contest and receipt and use of the prize before any prize is awarded.
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes including any sales taxes. Any person winning over $600 in prizes during any one year period will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year, and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. Any additional costs relating to the prizes, and incurred as a result of accepting the prizes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Failure to execute any required documents or comply with any of the terms will result in forfeiture of the prize.
RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Unless prohibited by law, contestant’s participation in contest constitutes consent and license for Station, NRG Media and contest sponsors, without any further obligation or compensation to the contest participant, to use participant’s name, voice, biographical data, likeness and user-generated content for promotional purposes in any media in any form now known or hereinafter invented.
Station, NRG Media, their subsidiaries and affiliates, their officers, directors, agents, stockholders, insurers, and employees, and their advertising and promotional agencies and sponsors assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for damages, loss or injury resulting from participating in any contest or acceptance or use of any prize.
